Terms of Service
Last updated 15 September 2026. These terms govern your use of RunToken at runtoken.ontosphere.ai and api.ontosphere.ai. Using the service means you accept them.
The service
RunToken is a gateway. You send an OpenAI-compatible request with one RunToken API key; we route it to a model deployment we have configured with an upstream provider, pass the response back, meter the tokens, and charge your prepaid balance. We do not host models ourselves.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your API keys secret. A key is a bearer credential: anyone holding it can spend your balance. Revoke a key from the console the moment you think it has leaked. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use RunToken to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, or to do anything the upstream provider handling your request forbids — their policies apply to content routed to them, in addition to these terms. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, work around its metering or quotas, or resell access in a way that hides who is calling.
Credit and billing
The service is prepaid. You add credit; each request debits it at the customer price shown for that model, which is the provider's price plus our markup. A request is refused when the balance will not cover it. Prices and markups can change; the price in effect when a request is made is the price charged for it. Credit is for use of the service and is not a deposit.
Availability
We aim to keep the gateway up and fast, but we offer no uptime guarantee, and an upstream provider's outage will show through as ours. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the service; where a change is material and affects you, we will give notice to account holders.
Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, that appears compromised, or whose use threatens the service or other customers. Where circumstances allow, we will say why and give you a chance to put it right.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. Model output is generated text: it can be wrong, and you are responsible for checking it before relying on it. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
Ending it
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. Unused credit is handled as described in your billing arrangement with us; write to us to discuss it. We may end this agreement on notice, or immediately where these terms have been breached.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
